摘　　要：本研究采用ＣＭ－２３及ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００层析和硫酸铵盐析法纯化了猪血过氧化氢酶。通过ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测得亚基分子量为５５，０００ｄａｌｔｏｎｓ，酶蛋白分子量为２２０，０００ｄａｌｔｏｎｓ。该酶紫外吸收峰为２７８ｎｍ，可见光吸收峰为４０６ｎｍ。he catalase from pig blood has been purified to homogeneity by CM-23 ,sephadex G-100 gel filtra-tion and ammonium sulfate fractionation. The molec ular weight of the purified enzyme is abeut 22 0,000 daltons as measured by SDM Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,that of the enzyme subunit isabout 55,000 daltons, The enzyme exhibits its maximum abSorption at 278nm and at 406nm.
