黄色人工晶状体对兔视网膜光损伤的保护作用

摘  要:目的混合光照射下,比较普通PMMA人工晶状体和黄色人工晶状体在兔视网膜光损伤中有无差别。方法采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术将普通PMMA人工晶状体和黄色人工晶状体分别植入两组兔眼内,在相同的光照条件下进行视网膜光损伤照射。通过眼底检查、ERG检查及形态学检查比较二者视网膜的变化。结果普通PMMA人工晶状体眼出现严重的视网膜光损伤,表现为眼底水肿、功能异常及形态学异常,黄色人工晶状体眼仅出现电镜下所见的视网膜光损伤。结论黄色人工晶状体的抗视网膜光损伤作用强于普通PMMA人工晶状体。Objective To compare the difference of ordinary PMMA IOL and yellow IOL in the retinal light damage of rabbit under mix light exposure. Methods Ordinary PMMA IOLs and yellow IOLs were implanted into 2 groups of rabbit’s eyes by phacoemulsification and IOL implantation, and retinal light damage models were done at same light exposure condition. Retinal changes were detected by fundus examination, ERG test and morphological study. Results Severe retinal light damage were found in the ordinary IOL implanted eyes, which included retinal edema, abnormal ERG and retinal degeneration. In the yellow IOL implanted eyes, retinal light damage was only seen in electron microscopic level. Conclusion In the yellow IOL eyes of rabbits, its protective effect for retinal light damage was stronger than that of ordinary PMMA IOL eyes.
