摘　　要：当前,我国正处于发展市场经济和体制转轨的关键时期。社会的变革、体制的转换,必然会引起利益的调整、财富的积聚,道德伦理观念也面临新的挑战。在这种大环境下,加强企业职业道德建设,就显得更为重要。During the period of developing market economy and system transition, the reform of the society and system transition will inevitably cause the adjustment of the interests and gathering of wealth. The moral and ethical idea faces the new challenge too. Under such environment, it seems more important and more urgent to strengthen the construction of the professional ethics in enterprise.
