摘　　要：本论文在基于现代资本结构理论研究成果的基础上,对美国5 0 0家大企业资本结构及其影响因素进行了实证研究,讨论了行业因素、企业短期偿债能力、企业规模、企业盈利能力及企业成长性等因素对企业资本结构的影响。Based on the research results of the modern capital structure theory,this thesis did some empirical research on the capital structure of 500 industrial enterprises in U.S.A.,discussed such influential factors as enterprise's short-term debt paying ability,scale of the enterprise,enterprise's profit ability and enterprise's development,etc.on enterprise's capital structure.
