口腔颌面部间隙感染的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔颌面部间隙感染的CT诊断。方法对67例口腔颌面部间隙感染CT表现和定位进行分析。结果口腔颌面部间隙感染主要CT表现:(1)间隙增大,密度不均匀增高,可伴脓肿形成,周围软组织及骨质改变;(2)唾液腺肿胀增大,淋巴结增大。CT并可准确定位感染间隙。结论CT对口腔颌面部间隙感染的诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To explore the CT diagnosis of the space inflammation in oral cavity and maxillofacial region. Methods 67 cases of the space inflammation in oral cavity and maxillofacial region were studied with the CT features and positions of the spaces. Results The main CT features of oral cavity and maxillofacial region were summarized as follow: (1) The spaces became large, and theirs density increased differently. They may tend to develop abscess and inflammation of near soft tissue and bone. (2) The salivary glands and lymph nodes became large. And CT can fix the positions of the spaces exactly. Conclusion CT is very valuable to diagnose the space inflammation in oral cavity and maxillofacial region.
