摘　　要：船舶机舱综合安全评估(FSA)是通过规范化的评估步骤,提出合理的并能有效控制风险的建议与措施,从而改进船舶运行的安全水平。在对FSA要素的全面分析以及社会调研的基础上,提出评估指标的建立、权重系数的计算、评估模型选择等问题的解决新模式,并讨论了这一模式在船舶机舱设备安全评估中的应用与实现过程。最后基于FSA模型得到一种机舱安全等级划分的方法。The engine-room FSA is that through standardized assessment steps the effective suggestions and measures to improve the ship safety level can be provided. Bases on complete analysis of the FSA factor and social survey, a new model for solution of the problems of assessment index establishment, weights calculation, assessment model selection etc. is provided in the paper, its application and realization process in the ship engin-room assessment are also discussed. In addition, a method of grading engine-room safety based on the FSA model is obtatined.
