不满意重睑的修整术

摘　　要：１９８４年４月１９９２年１０月间，我院共有５７例重睑术后出现不满意情况，其中包括男性（１８～５４）岁，女性（１８～６０岁）。不满意结果有（１）宽７例；（２）窄１１例；（３）皱褶４例；（４）不对称２０例；（５）沉重不适感５例。５７例均行重睑再修整术，术后效果满意，但２例术后仍有沉重不适感，本文对于形成不满意重睑的原因及治疗进行了分析探讨。Abstract From August 1984 to October 1992 there were 57 patients who suffered from dissatisfied double-fold eyelids after blepharoplastry.Among them 20 were male (18～45 years old)and 37 female(18～60 years old),The dissatisfied double-fold eyelids are as follows:① wide in 7 cases,②narrow in 11 cases.③crease in 14 case,④asyminetry in 20 cases,and ⑤ hardly in 5 cases.All these patients were performed second blepharoplasty operations which were satisfied and 2 cases still had hardly sense after operation though.This article analysies and discusses the causes and treatments of dissatisfied double-fold eyelids.
