摘　　要：目的:评估小剂量多虑平对阿片类稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效。方法:将124例符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的吸毒者强制脱毒后随机分为小剂量多虑平治疗组及安慰剂对照组,治疗30天停药后再观察28天。在入组时、用药的第7、14、21、28天、停药后的第5、14、28天,分别进行稽延性戒断症状自评量表评定。结果:两组量表评定总分、睡眠因子分在各测评时间点的差异无统计学显著性;用药第14天、停药第28天的躯体因子分、用药第7、14天的情绪因子分,治疗组高于对照组;用药第28天及停药后第5、14、28天的渴求因子分,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学显著性。结论:从总体看,小剂量多虑平对阿片类稽延性戒断症状缺乏治疗效应,但在一定程度上减轻了渴求症状。Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of doxepin in a small dose on opioid protracted abstinence symptoms.Methods: One hundred and twenty-four opioid addicts from compulsive detoxification institute met the criteria of DSM-IV were randomly assigned to doxepin-treated group and placebo-controlled group. Treatment lasted 30 days. Self-rating scale of protracted abstinence symptoms were assessed on 0th 7th, 14th, 21th, 28th day during the treatment and 5th, 14th, 28th day after the treatment. Results: There was no difference in the total score and sleep score between the two groups. The physical scores and emotional scores of treated group were higher than those of controlled group at several time-points, but the craving scores of treated group were lower than those of controlled group on 28th day during the treatment and 5th, 14th, 28th day after the treatment. Conclusions: Doxepin in small dose has slight effect on opioid protracted abstinence symptoms overall, but may relieve craving symptoms in some degree.
