高科技企业创业社会网络的形式表征及特点分析

摘　　要：界定了高科技企业创业社会网络的内涵,认为基于创业模式的高科技企业创业社会网络形式表征为“产学研”、家族化、联盟型三种类型,基于创业组织的高科技企业创业社会网络形式表征为网络状组织与集群式组织,基于创业资本的高科技企业创业社会网络形式表征为“空手套白狼”“借鸡生蛋”与“晕轮效应”,并分别分析了各种形式表征的高科技创业社会网络的特点。This paper defines the connotation of hi-tech enterprises' start-up social network thinks that the form token of hi-tech enterprises' start-up social network based on start-up mode are industry-university-graduate school family and alliance the form token of hi-tech enterprises' start-up social network based on start-up organization are network organization and clustering organization the form token of hi-tech enterprises' start-up social network based on start-up capital are taking advantage of others without anything  laying eggs by borrowing others' hens and halo effect then analyzes their characteristics concretely.
