摘　　要：基于协同思想的指定管理系统由企业生产、销售、管理等独立子系统组成。系统采用B/S体系,设置数据协同中心联系业务逻辑层各子系统,各子系统既可作为发起者,也可作为协随者。由浏览器、Web服务器、业务逻辑层、数据库、DTS中间件和财务等子系统共同完成指定任务工作。The information management system based on corporation thinking consists of independent subsystems of manufacture, marketing and management. The B/S architecture was applied in the system, the center of corporation data was set to link all sub systems in logical layer of transaction. All sub system, that every one is not only the sponsor but also the co-worker, and the defined task was t fulfilled together by browser, web server, logical layer of transaction, database, DTS middleware and the finance subsystems.
