摘　　要：目的探讨氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(floxuridine,FUDR,氟苷)治疗妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的疗效和毒性。方法观察组(A组)25例,接受FUDR治疗;对照组(B组)30例,接受5Fu治疗。结果A、B两组治愈率分别为92.0%(23/25)及93.3%(28/30,P>0.05)。A组消化道反应、脱发、口腔溃疡、局部静脉炎发生率低于B组(P<0.01)。结论FUDR治疗滋养细胞肿瘤疗效确切,毒性较5Fu低,值得临床推广应用。] Objective To analyze the efficacy and the toxicity of floxuridine(FUDR) in the treatment of gestational trophoblastic tumor(GTT).Methods Intervention group(Group A)included 25 cases treated with FUDR and the control group(Group B)include 30 cases treated with 5-Fu.Results The cure rates of the two groups were 92.0%(23/25) and 93.3%(28/30)respectively(P>0.05).The side effects of Group A such as gastrointestinal toxicity,alopecia,oral ulcer and phlebitis were lower than thoses of Group B(P<0.01).Conclusion FUDR is effective for the treatment of GTT and has lower toxicity than 5-Fu.
