儿童癫痫患者智能的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童癫痫患者的临床和智能情况。方法1994年1月～2002年12月曾在我院神经内科住院的57例5～I5岁的儿童癫痫患者进行智能测验,并与60例正常儿童比较进行统计分析。结果癫痫组共有19例患者智能低下,60例正常儿童只有2例智能低下。结论癫痫本身对儿童患者的智能有一定的影响。Objective To investigate the features of clinical and intelligence of patientswithepilepsy in childhood.Methods 57 patients with epilepsy in childhood and 60 normalcontrols were evaluated with C-WISC, which were retrospectively analyzed.Res ults The IQ of children with epilepsy is lower than that of nonnal children. Conclusion The epilepsy could impact the intelligence of children.
