摘　　要：目前中小企业已经成为我国经济增长、市场繁荣和扩大就业的重要基础。但至今融资困难仍然是制约其进一步发展壮大的主要因素。本文剖析了中小企业融资困难的主要制约因素,有针对性的研究提出缓解融资困难的政策建议,以期促进中小企业不断健康发展。At present small and medium-sized companies have contributed a lot to economic growth, market boom and employment increase in our country. But now financing difficulty is still the obstacle to their further development. In my paper, I make an analysis of the main block elements, and specifically put forward some policy proposals on how to alleviate financing pressure, in the hope of enhancing small and medium-sized companies continual and healthy development.
