摘  要:棉仁饼是新疆和内地许多省份重要的植物蛋白资源,但由于含有相当多的对畜禽有害的棉酚物质而限制了它在饲料中的大量利用,也影响了大量用它作为单细胞蛋白生产的原料。本文通过间苯三酚法检测棉酚的含量,用单因子对此法研究了化学、物理、生物的脱毒方法。研究表明使用自制的复合化学脱毒剂安全、可靠、无毒、不污染环境,完全可以替代且优于传统的硫酸亚铁脱毒法。如将单一脱毒改为复合(化学、物理、生物联合脱毒)脱毒,则效果最佳。Cottonseed cake is a very important resource of plant protein in Xinjiang and other provinces. But , the hiqh contant of qosypol which is detrimental to Livestock and poultry limited its utilization in feeds and as raw material for SCP production In this paper, the content of qosypol in cottonseed cake was determined by phloroqlucinol method and com-paration was made between chemical, physical and bioloqical detoxication method. The re-sult made clear that the self-made compound chemicalcan be used instead of the traditional reqet-ferrus sulfate and qave better result. Reliabieveffect can be obtained by physical method, favorable result can also be given by biological fermentation method If we use the compound method (i. e. chemical, physical and biological ) the result will be the best.
