摘　　要：在知识经济时代 ,国际化竞争日趋激烈 ,全面提升企业竞争力是企业成功的关键 ,而创建学习型企业是不断提高企业素质 ,迅速提升核心竞争力的客观需要。创建学习型企业必须以更新观念为先导 ,以创新为灵魂 。In the era of knowledge economy, the internationalized competition is becoming fiercer. It is a key to success of enterprises to promote enterprise's competitiveness in an all-round way, while it is necessary to establish learning-style enterprises in order to improve quality of enterprise constantly and to promote key desirability of competitiveness rapidly. When establishing learning type enterprises, we must regard breaking with the conventional idea as guide, regard innovating as soul and set up the scientific knowledge management system of enterprise.
