摘　　要：虚拟企业是近年来企业在经济改革和发展中出现的一种崭新的企业组织形式 ,它的理论基础是现代产权理论 ,它的技术条件是信息网络技术的发展和广泛应用 ,它的生产力基础是市场分工和协作关系高度发展。虚拟企业具有高度的弹性、灵敏性、整合性 ,目前在虚拟企业的组织运营中必须明确竞争优势、找准虚拟方向、选择虚拟方式。As a brand new organization form of enterprises brought about the economic reform and development over recent years, the theory foundation of virtual enterprises is modern property theory. Its technologic situation lies in the development and wide use of IT and network and its foundation of productive force is the development of the relation between division of labor and cooperation in the markets. Because virtual enterprises possesses such characteristics as high resilience, sensitivity and integration, some efforts should be made to define the competitive advantages, to hold the correct direction, to select virtual method and to rebuild the cultural foundation when organizing operation in virtual enterprises.
