摘　　要：根据市场需求 ,我们必须科学合理地设置专业和学制 ,适时地调整课程结构 ,优化教学内容、教学过程、教学方法和手段。利用有利条件 ,培养名优教师 ,创办有特色的专业 ,培养优秀学生和一流技工。要进行创业教育 ,培养“小老板” ,为学生就业开辟一条新路 ,以职教质量在市场中取胜。To meet the needs of the market, we should set up the majors and the educational system scientific and rationally, adjust the construction of curriculum, optimize the teaching structure, teaching procedure and teaching methods at the right moment. We should take advantage of favorable condition to educate famous and excellent teachers, establish characteristic specialized subjects, to train excellent students and first-class skilled workers. Efforts will be made to carry out the pioneering education, to open up a new employment road for students and finally gain the markets by the quality of vocational education.
