摘 要:知识技能的掌握,是人的智力因素和非智力因素共同参与的结果,体育教学中的经验表明,重视非智力因素的培养,不但有利于人才的成长,更的利于体育课教学质量的提高。本文通过对动机、意志两种非智力因素的培养,阐明重视非智力因素的教学才能使学生获得全面发展。The mastery of knowledge and skills is the result of the combination of people’s intellective and non-intellective factors. The experience of physic education shows that emphasis on the training of non-intellective factors is not only good for the growing of talents, but also good for improving the teaching quality of P.E lessons, This article explains the training of the two non-intellective factors-motivation and volition, thus illustrates that only the teaching emphasizing on non-intellective factors can let the students have all -around development.
