摘　　要：随着检查手段的进展（Ｂ超、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ）肾错构瘤的发现逐渐增多，其报告者零散见于文献，专题报告者甚少。我们收集了１３例进行分析，１３例中女９例，男４例，平均年龄４９岁，性别与年龄均与文献相似。该瘤因组织结构复杂，脂肪的成多界面强回声反射而使超声影像显示清晰的边缘整齐的强回声团，且由于血管分布，仔细观察可在强回声国内发现极小的呈网状分布的低回声区，相互交错构成特征性的混合性声像图。是与其他良、亚性肿瘤声像图有显著区别的。并报告了１例并发出血和１例与ＭＲＩ对照检查的病例，进行了有关的讨论。The renal hamartoma was been found out increasingly by development ofdiagnostic method, The reporting of cattered see to do cuments, Specialy reportingvery a few 13 Cases had been analysed by authors. Among these patients, a females, 4 males, age, mean 49 years old, the both were Similas to reference reported.Hyperresonant Echo was displaied with B-ultrosion Xamination because the reflex of hyperresonant echo in mang boundarg plane by Complex constitation of itstissue and fat. The microscopie hyporresonant echo distributed netly by blood ves vessel distributed in hyporresonant echo when being obserred Carefuly.It is distinguished from other benign and malignant tumor. one case complicated hemorrhage was reported and the result of B-ultrosion examination was com-pared to that of MR1. Relative gustions had been disccussed.
