摘　　要：作为中枢神经的代表,视神经的损伤与再生机制近年来得到深入而广泛的研究。损伤后视神经再生受诸多因素影响,与其内环境改变、各种因子的作用有重大关系。其中既有促进因素,也有抑制因素。现对这些已知因素加以阐述。· As the representation of central nervous system, a deep insight has been acquired in elucidating the mechanism of injury and regeneration of the optic nerve recently. Many factors affect the process of optic nerve regeneration after the injury. It is related to the changes of its circumstance and/or actions of all kinds of factors, which include both promoting factors and inhibitor factors. These known factors are reviewed in this paper.·
