摘　　要：目的:观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(excimerlaserinsitukeratomilus,isLASIK)的并发症,探讨其发生的种类,原因及其对视功能的影响。方法:对813例1615眼LASIK术后并发症的发生﹑发展及影响进行了24mo的观察。结果:LASIK术中,术后出现多种并发症,除瓣不规则游离和穿孔,瓣下中央区感染,切削区明显偏位,不规则散光,视网膜脱离,圆锥角膜等少数并发症外,其它并发症经治疗和处理后,未对视功能产生明显影响。结论:LASIK治疗近视是安全的,但少数并发症可对术后的视功能产生严重影响,应高度重视。· AIM: To observe the complications of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia, and to investigate its types, causes and influences on visual function.· METHODS: the complications of 813 cases (1 615 eyes) after LASIK were observed. All of them were followed up for 24mo.· RESULTS: There were various complications during and after the operation. These complications do not affect the visual function after treatment, except complete corneal disk detachment and perforation, infection, asymmetric ablation, irregular astigmatism, retinal detachment and iatrogenic keratectasia.· CONCLUSION: LASIK is a safe method in correcting myopia, but attention should be paid to those complications that might affect the visual function during and after the operation.·
