PCNA和CEA在胃粘膜上皮异型增生和胃癌中的表达

摘　　要：增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达，能有效反映细胞增殖功能。本文通过对胃炎、胃粘膜上皮异型增生、早期胃癌和中晚期胃癌各１０例，共４０例用ＡＢＣ法作ＰＣＮＡ和ＣＥＡ两种免疫标记。发现ＰＣＮＡ的阳性表达，在胃炎、上皮异型增生、早期胃癌和中晚胃癌中呈明显递增趋势，并与ＣＥＡ的表达成正相关。可作为上述胃粘膜上皮病变诊断和分类的综合性指标之一，并有助于指导临床治疗和估计肿瘤的恶性潜能，以判断预后。The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)can effectively reflect the cell proliferative activity.In a total of 40 cases including 10 cases with gastritis,10 cases with dysplasia of gastric mucosal epithelium.10 cases with gastric carcionma at aiarly stage and 10 cases with the carcinoma at middle or advanced stage,ABC immunohistochemical method was applied to examine the expression of PCNA and carcinoma embryonic antigen (CEA). The results showed that the positivity of the expression of PCNA had a significant stepwise crescendo tendency in the following sequence:gastritis,dysplasia of gastric mucosa. gastric carcinoma at early and that at middle or advanced stage and the expression of PCNA was positively correlated with that of CEA. These expressions could be used as some ofthe criteria in diagnosis and classification of gastric mucosal lesions. for gradation of malignancy, for guidance of treatment and prediction of prognosis.
