摘　　要：提出了一种基于Web服务的电力MIS信息集成方案,介绍了该方案的组成部分,以及Web服务和客户端的设计与关键技术的实现过程。该系统具有与语言、平台无关,容易扩充,实时性好等优点。To solve the problem of message heterogeneity of information system of between power enterprises, an electric power message integration scheme is suggested. The components of the scheme are introduced. The design of Web service and the client tenninai and the implementation of key techniques are presented. This method is independent developing language and flat. It is easy to be expanded. It has good real -time performance.
