摘　　要：报道1958～1990年,我院收治的19例颅中窝海绵状血管瘤,所有病例均为术后或探查术后放疗,照射总量为30～40Gy,5、10年生存率分别为100％和85.7％,深部X线及^(6”)Co治疗疗效相近。Nineteen cases of cavernomas in middle fossa were hospitalized and cured by radiotherapy between 1958 and 1990, which received the radiative therapy after the operation or the surgical exploration. The dosage of the treatment was normally in a medium or a medium-lower range (Dr 30-40 Gy ) so that the development of malformation of blood vessel could be controlled. The therapeutic effects for both short-term and long-term were significant. Five-and ten-year survival rates were 100% and 85. 7% , respectively. In some cases, patients can survive even a very long time. The effectiveness was quite similar to that of the use of deep X-ray and 60Co treatments.
