摘　　要：论述了高校图书馆在实施信息素质教育中的优势,提出了高校图书馆实施信息素质教育的主要内容,指出高校图书馆员在实施信息素质教育过程中强化自身建设的重要性。This paper discusses on the superiorities of university library in carrying out the information quality education, puts forward the main contents of the information quality education carried by university library, and points out the importance of strengthening the self-construction of the librarians in the course of carrying out the information quality education.
