卵巢恶性肿瘤的声像图特征

摘　　要：本文报道１０６例经手术和病理证实的卵巢恶性肿瘤的声像图特征，表现为：卵巢回声异常；卵巢肿大；包膜粗糙；卵巢位置固定；腹水；腹主动脉旁淋巴结肿大以及囊性肿瘤恶变等。本组超声诊断敏感性为９４．３％（９９例），确诊率７８．８％（７８例），误诊率６．６％（７例）．Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期的肿瘤６１例占５６．５％．此外，超声用于术后随仿，观察有无肿瘤复发、转移，以及因输尿管受压而引起的肾盂积水也是必不可少的．This paper reports the ultrasonography features of l06 patients with ovarian cancerswhich have been diagnosed by echography and confirmed by operation and pathologic findings inthe last ten years. These features are : abnormal echography;hyperovary; rough capsuls on tumor;fixed ovary;ascites;paraortic hyperlymphonodus and the benign cyst turns to malignancy.Of the106 cases the sensitivity rate of ultrasonography is 94.3%(99 patients),correct rate is 78.8%(78patients),incorrect diagnosis rate is 6.6%(7patients).6l are in Ⅰ and Ⅱstage(56.6%).The ul-trasonic equipment is exactly dependable in post operation following-up to observe weather thetumor recurs ,metastasizes or contricts the ureter and causes hydronephrosis ,etc.
