摘　　要：当前多种形式和内容的教育技术培训正在全国各地各高校如火如荼地展开,取得了巨大成绩。但由于组织系统、培训体系、形式内容不尽相同,从而产生了培训质量参差不齐,培训效果良莠不彰等问题。如何评价这些培训的质量和效果,是解决这些问题,促进培训质量和水平的重要环节,因而亟需建立一套科学、合理、客观、公正的评价体系。文章旨在从理论上探索构建一个针对教育技术培训的评价体系,文中确定了教育技术培训应达到的目标,给出了评价体系的设计原则,并研究了一个较为粗略的评价模型。Wth the stratup and development all kinds of trainings on educational technology in all colleges,the problem is brought,which the difference between organization systems,training systems results in the difference between quality and affect of the trainings.It is important part of solving the problem and promoting quality of the trainings how to evaluate quaility and affect of the trainings.So A evaluate system should be built,which must be scientficrationalobjectivejust.In the paper,an evaluate system to educational technology training is suggested in theory,with its training object and its design priciples and its basic evaluate model.
