摘　　要：文章从信息处理的观点出发,认为学习型组织由纵向、横向、非正式和外部四个信息通道组成。文章分别讨论了各个信息通道的增强策略,以及四个信息通道的整合方法。This article constructs a model of learning organization based on the information process viewpoint.The autor considers that the learning organization consists of four information path ways, such as portrat, landscape, informality, and extoerior. The article puts forward the strengthening strategies and the integrating methords of the information path ways.
