企业危机管理与战略管理融合的基本途径

摘　　要：随着市场竞争的加剧,国内企业面临的外部环境发生了天翻地覆的变化,危机时时显现于企业的发展过程中,因此,要想企业获得长足发展,将危机管理融入企业战略管理是十分必要的。本文主要探讨了企业危机管理与战略管理融合的重要性与基本途径。Along with the ever-increasing competition on the market, the exterior environment of local business enterprises has been experiencing dramatic changes and crises frequently occur in the process of their development. Therefore, it is imperative to integrate crisis management into the strategic management system of the enterprises so as to realize a rapid growth. This paper discusses the importance of such an integration and the possible approaches for its realization.
