摘　　要：报告经治疗的鳃裂囊肿和瘘共３３例．其中第一鳃裂囊肿３例，瘘５例；第二鳃裂囊肿１１例，瘘１０例。着重对少见的第三鳃裂瘘２例，第四鳃裂瘘２例进行报道，结合临床资料进行分析，并讨论鳃裂囊肿和瘘发生和病理组织与临床表现关系，诊断、治疗和预后等问题。Abstract Branchial cleft cyst and fistula are common congenital developed deformity,In this paper,33 cases were reported and analysed.There were 14 cases of cyst and 19 cases of fistula.Among them 18 were male and 15 female.The lesions in the lateral side of the neck were located.21 cases were in the left,11 in the right and 1 in both sides.Among the 33 cases were 3 of first branchial cyts,5 of fistula containing bean dreg-like cystic fluid,11 of second branchial cyst,10 of fistula containing mucous cystic fluid or watery fluid,2 of third branchial fistula and 2 of fourth branchial fistula.The etiology,clinical pathology,inheritance,diagnosis and treatment of the branchial cleft cyst and fistula have been discussed.
