光固化冠桥复合树脂表面结构的改变

摘　　要：采用Ｋｕｌｚｅｒ公司生产的光固化冠桥复合树脂制成１６件修复体，在进入狗口腔环境前和进入口腔环境后分别拍摄了扫描电镜照片，观察复合树脂表面结构，结果为在口腔环境３个月后复合树脂表面变粗糙，还可见到一些暴露的气泡，这是由于口腔环境中的一些化学物质、酶、热力、水解的作用。Abstract Light-activated microfilled crown and bridge composite is a relatively new product of microfilled resins which has been developed as an alternative to dental porcelain in fixed prosthodontics.It requires no special metalalloy as a fundation.The surface of composite can be repaired directiv in the mouth.The aim of this study was:to observe surface texture change of microfilled composite.SEM micrograph were taken,before and after being in oral environment.Based on SEM micrographs,The authors find that degration has taken place on the composite surface.
