摘  要:采用100t顶底复吹转炉100t钢包炉(LF)精炼6机6流150mm×150mm方坯连铸机生产65Mn弹簧钢。转炉终点[C]0.08%~0.12%,[P]≤0.012%,[S]≤0.03%,增碳剂收得率为85%~90%。LF精炼渣碱度2.5~3.0,并喂SiCa线和吹氩。连铸时中间包钢水温度1495~1515℃,铸速1.6~1.8m/min,采用结晶器电磁搅拌。20炉65Mn钢质量检验结果表明,化学成分(%):C0.63~0.68,Mn0.95~1.07,P0.009~0.023,S0.006~0.017,连铸坯断面碳含量偏差≤0.02%C。65Mn钢盘条产品符合GB/T43541994要求。The spring steel 65Mn was produced by 100 t top and bottom combined blown converter melting - ladle furnace refining - 6 strand 150 mm×150 mm billet concasting. The end point [C] was 0.08%~0.12%, [P]≤0.012% and [S]≤0.03%, and the yield of recarburizer was 85%~90%. During refining the basicity of slag was 2.5~3.0 with feeding Si-Ca wire and argon stirring. During concasting the temperature of liquid steel in tundish was (1 495)~(1 515) ℃, the casting speed 1.6~1.8 m/min using mold electromagnetic stirring. The quality experiment results of 20 heats 65Mn steel showed that the analyses of steel were C 0.63~0.68, Mn 0.95~1.07, P 0.009~0.023, S 0.006~0.017, and the deviation of carbon content at section of casting billet was ≤0.02%. The coil products of 65Mn steel met the requirements of standard GB/T4354-1994.
