股骨头松质骨的三维结构及其力学意义

摘　　要：用扫描电镜对１２个正常股骨头的松质骨结构进行了观察。发现股骨头松质骨是一种由大量较细的拱形骨柱和较宽大的骨板相互结合构成的多孔结构。在最表层部位，许多不同方向排列的拱形骨柱支撑软骨下骨。骨柱和骨板中的矿柱排列基本相似。在骨板表面可见血管滋养孔，而骨柱表面则未见到。股骨头松质骨的特殊三维结构使其具有良好的承载功能和顺应性。The architecture of cancellous bone in l2 femoral heads was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy,Our observation indicated that the cancellous bone of the femoral head is a kind of porous structure being composed of great number of thinner bone rods,which are in arched forms,and broader bone plates.In superficial region,there are many arched bone rods with different arrangement to support the subchondrial bone,The arrangement of mineral columns in the bone rods is similar to those in the bone plates.The vascular canals,which do not appear in the bone rods,but be seen on the surface of the bone plates.From the viewpoint of biomechanics,the specific three dimensional architecture of cancellous bone afford the femoral head sufficient strength for loading and well compliance under the force.
