摘 要:分析了滚动轴承典型故障机理及其振动特征,提出了将包络分析作为小波分解的前置处理手段以提取信号故障特征的思想,设计出一套新的诊断方案,开发了适用于铁路货车的滚动轴承故障诊断仪。仪器主要采用时域分析与频谱分析相结合来完成故障诊断工作,信号分析程序使用VisualC++6.0,不仅可以准确地分析出轴承故障所在的部位,更保证了数据采集的实时性。现场应用证明:该方法准确有效,适用于滚动轴承的检测和诊断。The mechanism and vibration characteristic for typical fault of rolling bearing is analyzed.An approach is presented to extract fault features from vibration signals,where envelope analysis is used as the preprocessing approach of wavelet decomposition.And a novel diagnosis method is put forward;an instrument is developed suited for fault diagnosis of the rail freight rolling bearings.The instrument takes use of both time-domain analysis and frequency spectrum analysis to realize fault diagnosis,signal analysis program is written by Visual C++6.0,which is able to accurately analyze fault position and to ensure real-time of data collection.The practical application shows that the method is accurate and effective and is very suitable for rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
