摘　　要：论述了人力资源管理和职位评估的发展状况和重要性,分析了职位评估的一般方法和流程,并结合当前的实际情况研究了基于B/S结构职位评估系统的设计和实现以及它的应用前景。阐述了系统的体系结构、主要功能、设计方法和系统特点,简要说明了系统中采用的.NET关键技术。最后说明了职位评估系统在南方航空公司实际应用的使用效果。<Abstrcat>This text discusses the development condition and the importances of the human resource management and posts evaluating,analyzes the general method and processes of the posts evaluating, and combines the current actual circumstance to research the design and realizations and its applied foregrounds of the posts evaluating system based on B/ S structure .It expatiates on the structure, main function, the design method and the characteristicses of the system, then, it introduces the key technique ——.NET in brief. In the end, it explains the actual effect of the posts evaluating system in southern airline company of China.
