摘　　要：通过对表面帖片回流焊、波峰焊、手工焊接电烙铁的使用方法介绍,分析了三种焊锡作业的特点,参考焊点评判的行业标准,指出了焊锡作业在实际操作过程中的作业要领,以期促进电子企业焊锡作业人员职业培训,提高我国电子产品的竞争力。Methods of SMT solder reflow, wave-soldering and manual soldering are presented in this paper. The characteristics of these three soldering methods are analyzed, based upon corresponding industry standard for weld quality evaluation. A recommended soldering procedure, as well as guidelines is then provided. It is expected that this could be of value to the professional training of soldering related personnel in domestic electronic enterprises, hence to contribute to the improvement of competitiveness of electronic products of our country.
