摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了C60-PMMA复合膜,研究了该膜的红外吸收谱,发现复合膜的红外吸收光谱在C60特征峰(1182cm-1和1428cm-1)附近,相对PMMA有明显的"红移"宽化.理论上,采用Gaussian98计算方法,得到了C60分子和带有电荷的C60的红外振动频率.研究表明:复合膜的红外谱"红移"宽化是C60与PMMA之间的电荷转移导致C60红外特征峰红移引起的.<Abstrcat> C_(60)-PMMA composite films on Si(100) substrate were prepared by the sol-gel method, and its IR spectra was studied. It was found that near the C_(60) IR characteristic peaks (1 182 cm^(-1) and 1 428 cm^(-1)), there were red-shift and extension relative to IR absorption spectra in PMMA. Theoretically, we obtained C_(60) and C_(60) with different charges IR spectra. Investigations concluded that the reason why composite films IR spectra were observed with red-shift and extension was the occurance charge-transfers between C_(60) and PMMA inducing pristine C_(60) IR absorption spectra red-shift.
