锌钙和实验性偏食对家兔关节软骨胶原结构的影响

摘　　要：本实验应用生后１．５个月的实验大白鼠，以实验性偏食饲料为基础，采取控制饮食方法，扫描电镜观察实验性偏食及不同比例的锌钙饲料喂养对于关节软骨胶原结构的影响。结果表明：实验性偏食引起骺软骨内成骨障碍和关节软骨胶原原纤维网状结构紊乱。不适宜的锌钙比例无助于调整偏食所致关节软骨的功能与形态改变。Using diet-control method,we fed rabbits aged 1. 5 months with adding different proportion of Zn and Ca to experimental partiality for a particular kind of food,and observed the effect of .experimental partiality for a Particular kind of food as well as different proportion of Zn and Ca on collagen structure of articular cartilage under Scanning Electron Microscopy.The results showed partiality for a particular kind of food caused disturbance of epiphyseal endochondrol ossification and disorder of meshes of collagen fibrillar in articular cartilage and demonstrated out-of-proportion of Zn to Ca did not help to correct the morphologic and functional changes caused by experimental partiality for a particular kind of food.
