胃癌组织中survivin表达与p53突变之间的初步分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨survivm基因表达与p53基因突变之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测140例胃癌组织中survivin和p53的表达状态并分析两者之间的关系。结果:胃癌组织中strvivin表达阳性率为46.4%(65/140),p53表达阳性率为47.9%(67/140)。根据p53表达的阳性指数0、1、2、3、4将140例胃癌组织分为5组,各组survivin表达阳性指数分别为2.01±2.514、0.17±0.495、2.80±1.789、4.73±1.272、6.50±0.707,组间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。67例p53表达阳性胃癌组织中,survivin表达阳性指数和p53表达阳性指数呈同步上升趋势(P<0.05)。Objective: To evaluate the correlation between the expression o{ survivm and p53 in gastric carcinoma. Methods: Immunohislo chemical method hy two-step En Vision was used to detect the expression of survivin and p53 in 140 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results: Survivm was expressed in 65 of 140 cases (46. 4%) and 67 cases were positive for p53 protein(47. 9%). The positive index of survivin of the five groups were 2.01 ±2.514. 0. 17 ± 0. 495. 2.80± 1.789. 4. 73 ± 1.272. 6.50 ± 0.707 respectively, with a synchronous tendency to the index of p53(0, 1, 2. 3. 4). especially in the 67 cases which expressed p53(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The expession of survivm in gastric carcinoma was synchronously correlated with the mutation of p53 according to the reseach on the immunohistochemical level.
