摘 要:本文对33例脑膜瘤的ER、PR作了分析.脑膜瘤性激素受体的阳性率:EK_c为0,ER_n为6.1%,PR_c为12.1%,PR_n为63.3%.多数肿瘤中测不到ER,且测到者含量亦极低.PR含量明显高于ER,认为脑膜瘤以PR占优势.PR与ER间无相关关系,且ER_n(-)、PR_n(+)者明显多于ER_n(+),PR_n(+)者,提示脑膜瘤的PR可能是一个不依赖于ER调节的独立系统.本资料为脑膜瘤的激素治疗可能性提供了理论依据.Estrogen receptor (ER)and progesterone receptor (PgR) were assayed in 33 specimens of menin-gioma. The positive rates of cytoplasmic ER(ERc), ERn (nucleus ER),PgRc and PgRn were 0,6. 1%,12.1% and 63. 3% respectively. Most of the tumor samples had no detectable ER. Even in a small number of ER positive samples,the level of ER measured was low. The level of PgR was significantly higher than ER. It seems that PgR is predominant in meningioma. Since PgR showed no association with ER and the samples with ERn ( - ) , PgRn ( + ) were much more frequent than the tumors with ERn( + ) ,PgRn( + ) ,it is suggested that PgR is probably an independent system which is not regulated via estrogen-ER. The existence of ER and PgR in meningiomas provides theoretical potential for hormonal therapy of menigniomas.
