摘　　要：互联网的出现和迅速发展,对大学生个性和心理产生了极大的影响。在新的形势面前,如何利用互联网做好新时期大学生的思想政治教育工作,如何将网络与大学生思想道德教育有机结合起来,占领网上思想教育阵地,这是每一位思想教育工作者都应积极思考的问题,也是本文欲以阐述的内容。Turn up and rapidly develop the internet, brings big affect on college students' personality and psyche. In the new situation, how to apply to internet and make better the political thought education on college students of new period, how to combine their moral education and internet, and occupy the frontin of thought education on internet are the questions that every thought educationists should actively consider to, and it also is the subject that this thesis try to explecate on.
