弹性酶治疗非酒精性脂肪肝20例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨弹性酶治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的疗效。方法:2001年3月至2004年3月我院选择经B超和(或)CT证实的NAFL患者19例,用弹性酶治疗,剂量每次30mg,每日3次口服,疗程12周,治疗前后测定肝功能、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖,并行B超和(或)CT检查。结果:治疗后患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)显著降低(P<0.01),空腹血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯也有降低(P<0.01),B超和(或)CT发现脂肪肝有一定程度改善,治疗期间无明显毒副作用。结论:弹性酶治疗NAFL有效,且安全,值得深入研究。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of elastase in this disorder.Methods Nineteen patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver verified by B ultrasound and (or)computed tomography were included in this pilot study.Viral alcoholic,autoimmune and other hepatic diseases were excluded.patients were given 90 mg of elastase daily for 3 months. Measurement of liver function,serum lipid profile ,fast blood glucose,and B ultrasound and (or) computed to-mography examination were done before and after three-month treatment.Results A significant decrease in the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and r-glutamyl transpeptidase (P<0.01) occurred after elastase treatment.The fast blood glucose and serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were also reduced (P<0.01).Similarly ,B ultrasound and (or)computed tomography examination showed the degree of steatosis was partly improved after 3-month treatment.Conclusion Elastase is a safe and well tolerated drug that leads to a significant improvement in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver.
