摘 要:密封条在轿车车门中起到了介质密封、环境隔离和内外装饰作用,是影响车门关闭力的重要因素。为了探明密封条与车门的相互作用,首先必须了解密封条与车门之间的接触特性。然而密封条与车门之间的接触问题非常复杂,它不仅与密封条的大变形有关,而且与车门的接触点的位置与方向、摩擦特性等有关。为此,笔者建立了基于直接约束法的接触算法,利用数值方法对密封条与车门之间的接触特性进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,此算法对密封条与车门的接触特性是有效的,能够反映密封条在与车门接触过程中的接触法向力、接触法向应力以及摩擦力的大小和分布情况。?Automotive door seal plays a major role in determining door closing effort,isolating the passenger compartment from water and reducing the wind noise inside the vehicle.In order to explain the interaction between the seal and the door,the contact characteristics must be known firstly.However,the contact phenomena are very complex,because it is not only related with the large deformation of seal,but also related with the position and direction of contact point of the door and the frictional behavior of the door and the seal.Therefore,the contact algorithm is established based on direct restriction and the contact characteristics between the seal and the door are studied using numerical method.The results show that the algorithm is effective to calculate the contact characteristics between the seal and the door,such as the distribution and magnitude of normal force,normal stress and friction.
