摘 要:在磨粒分析研究领域,磨粒二维特征研究已经比较成熟,但是根据二维图像无法准确获取磨粒表面的三维形貌信息,磨粒的三维图像能给研究者提供更完全更丰富的信息,因此,开展磨粒的三维表面形貌研究具有重要意义。欲开展磨粒的三维研究,首要的难题是磨粒表面高度数据的获取。激光共焦扫描显微镜(CLSM)及其图像处理技术的发展为获取磨粒的三维表面信息提供了契机。研究开发了基于BioradRadiance2000激光共焦显微镜的磨粒三维表面形貌获取技术,结果表明具有良好的应用效果。Three-dimensional surface topography image of wear debris contains more detailed surface information compared with two-dimensional image of wear debris. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct wear debris analysis based on 3D surface topography of wear debris. The development of a high quality confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) combined with image processing techniques makes it easy to gain appropriate 3D surface information of wear particles on a micro scale. This project was to develop a set of software to acquire appropriate 3D surface topography of wear particles using Bio-rad Radiance 2000 confocal laser scanning microscope. Application examples on wear particles have been presented in the paper to demonstrate that the method developed in this study can be used to gain appropriate 3D surface topography.
