摘　　要：我们对采用三种不同肠道准备方法，患者之乙状结肠粘膜进行了扫描电镜观察。结果６例中，除１例标本粘膜表面有极少数细菌存在外，其他标本粘膜均未见细菌存在。从电镜扫描观察看，第一种肠道准备方法，其粘膜表面结构更整洁、清晰。AbstractIn this study,6 patients were randomly devidedinto three groups, receiving different intestinal prepa-rations. Colonic mucosa were biopsied for S-520 scan-ning electron mocroscopy. Of them,only a tiny minor-ity of bacteria were found in the specimen of the firstgroup.Bacteria weren’t discoveried in the other twogroups. Therefore, three conventional enteric prepara-tions are equally effective and efficient in eliminatingintestinal flora. The causes of postoperative incisionalinfection are many and varied.
