摘　　要：对２４例４０只急性闭角型青光眼不同时期的虹膜切除标本进行光镜和电镜（超微病理）研究，健眼作对照。急性发作期虹膜前缘层增厚，基质中细胞及胶原原纤维大量增生，血管内皮细胞肿胀，肌纤维空泡化或萎缩，色素脱失。缓解期虹膜结构紊乱，基质细胞变性严重。绝对期则细胞萎缩，纤维溶解；肥大细胞增多。讨论了上述各期病理特征及临床意义。AbstractBy light and transmission electron microscopy,iris specimens from 40 eyes of 24 patients with acuteangle-closure glaucoma were investigated and com-pared with those of healthy eyes in the same patients.During an acute attack, the anterior border layer ofthe iris became thickened, and stromal cells and colla-gen fibrils greatly proliferated.The endothelial cellsswelled and muscle fibers showed vacuolization, depig-mentation or atrophy. During the stage of remission,the iris was structurally disrupted and the stromalcells degenerated markedly. In the absolute stage,thestromal cells were at rophic and the fibers resolved,while the mast cells increased in large numbers.Thesignificance of these findings were discussed.
