青光眼滤过术后眼球摘除的病理分析

摘　　要：对２５例２５只青光眼滤过手术失败而摘除的眼球作了组织学观察，其中３例为脉络膜或虹膜睫状体黑色素瘤，系术前误诊。术后滤过泡破裂导致急性化脓性眼内炎及慢性眼内炎者５例。有的患者可见手术切口处瘢痕形成或有虹膜，睫状体及晶体质嵌顿。并对滤过手术失败的原因进行分析。AbstractHistopathological investigations were carried out in 25 glaucomatous eyes of 25 cases which had beenenucleated because of the failure of the filure of filtration oper-ations. Among them,3 cases with malignant melanoma of either choroid or anterior uvea were mis-diagnosed pre-operatively , post-operative ruptureof filtering blebs leading to acute suppurative endoph-thalmitis or chronic endophthalmitis occurred in 5 cas-es and fibrous proliferation or incarcerations of iris,ciliary body or lens material were found in the filtra-tion incisions in some cases. The causes of the failureof the filtration operations in these cases were dis-cussed.
