摘　　要：质量是刊物的生命。无论办什么刊物,其稿源直接关系到刊物的价值乃至存亡。社会科学学报,尤其是非文科类院校所办的社科学报的稿源相对不足,广泛开拓稿源,组织培养高水平的作者队伍,利用多种途径组稿,发挥政策导向作用是提高社会科学学报质量的前提和基础。Quality is the life of the journal, so whatever journals are run, its origins are closely related to its value and its vital importance. The journal of social science, especially the origins of contributions of journals of social science run by universities of non-liberal arts are not relatively abundant. Therefore, these measures should be taken, for example, origins should be extensively exploited and the authorial teams should be organized and cultivated, contributions should be solicited by means of various channels, and policy-oriented functions should be brought into play. These measures are prerequisite for and basis of effectively improving the quality of the journal of social-science.
