摘　　要：应用卵巢癌单克隆抗体脂质体阿霉素的交联物（ＭＬＡ），对卵巢癌细胞系ＳＫＯＶ，进行生长抑制实验。对２４只荷ＳＫＯＶ，的裸鼠皮下移植瘤和１６只荷ＳＫＯＶ，的裸鼠腹水瘤模型进行了导向治疗实验。结果表明，ＭＬＡ对细胞的杀伤和对裸鼠体内导向治疗效果明显强于其他治疗组。对卵巢癌治疗有临床意义。Conjugales of monoclonal antibody COC66-9and adriamycin entrapped in liposome (MLA) wereprepared in our laboratory. In vitro growth inhibition ofSKOV3 ovarian carcinoma cell line was carried out byMLA and controls. Target therapics by MLA.adriamycin, normal mouse IgG instead of MAb, andcontrol were given for 24 nude mice models withsubcutaneous human ovarian carcinoma xenografts and16 ascilic ovarian carcinoma respectively. MLA groupshowed the best therapeutic effect than all the othergroups which gave a helpful clue to clinical use.
