摘  要:心理障碍是指外界环境的变化和机体内部状态所造成的人的心理活动上的紊乱和失调,并阻碍正常的心理活动的主观体验,它直接影响体育教学,在跨栏跑教学中常遇到这一问题。本文针对这一普遍现象,总结了多年田径教学的实践经验,对女大学生跨栏教学中产生心理障碍的原因以及克服对策作了理论上的分析阐述。<Abstrcat>The mental obstacle refers to a person's mental mess and maladjustment that result from both the changing external environment and internal organic state。The mental obstacle obstructs the subjective experience mentally and influences the physical teaching directly。It's a common problem met in the hurdle race teaching。Summing up the practical experience of the track and field teaching and aiming at the common problem, the thesis analyzes the causes of engendering the mental obstacle and put up with countermeasures of overcoming the problem in the hurdle race teaching of female students theoretically.
